How many children are typically invited to parties?
We encourage keeping the number of children to 10 or less per hired character. A smaller group allows for a better experience and more attention given to your little ones on their very special day.
What age group are parties best suited for?
Our activities are typically best suited for children ages 3-7. Of course, exceptions are welcome and we are happy to work with you to tailor the party accordingly.
Can I make alterations to the activities in the package I choose for my child’s party?
Of course! We will work with you to custom design a party that best meets you and your child’s needs and wishes. Please submit an inquiry via our contact form or send an email to directly to email@example.com
How do I pay?
Currently, payment is preferred by cash or email money transfer. If paying by cash please put in a envelope or card or something similar so that the magic of the event is not spoiled.
Can I book multiple princesses for the same party?
Yes! Contingent on availability, you can book an additional character for the following rates per character: $60 for Once Upon A Time Package, $60 for Happily Ever After Package and $50 for Magical Memories.
Can parties be boy-friendly?
Yes! We make the assumption that the majority of children will be girls however, boys do like our characters also, so just let us know if their will be boys and we can make any necessary adjustments.
Will you travel?
We're happy to travel anywhere but require far-distance parties to order our Magical Memories Package and they will also be charged a travel fee based on distance which will be discussed prior to booking. We also require that for further distances such as Moncton, Fredericton that you choose between the Happily Ever After and Magical Memories Packages.
Is gratuity included?
No, we do not include gratuity in the cost of the party and it is NOT something that is required. However, families who really enjoy their experience are welcome to provide something additional for their character.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes we do require a non-refundable deposit dependent on total cost of your party. A deposit ensures our Princesses get some type of remuneration as they may be giving up some shifts at another job to visit with you and your family!! Also we often have to deny other families the time slot they desire, because it was already booked.
Is there a cancellation fee?
If for some reason you did not pay the %50 deposit up front then %50 of your total cost is due upon cancellation for the reasons stated in the above FAQ. We will do our absolute best to reschedule you if that is an option and in that case there would be no cancellation fee.
